We’re proud to announce that our client, R.W.M., has been pardoned by President Trump. The presidential pardon is effective as of today, July 29th, 2019.

R.W.M. was arrested in 1989 when he was 19 years old for helping some friends transport marijuana from Mexico to Oklahoma. He pled guilty to one count of Distribution of a Schedule 1 Substance (Marijuana) by Use of a Telephone, and received one year in custody and one year supervised release, which he served without issue.
